Spacers/valved-holding chambers
Medicaid health plan members are allowed 4 spacers/valved holding chambers/year at the pharmacy without a prior authorization, and there are many brands on the common formulary.

For straight Medicaid, they can also have 4 spacers/valved holding chambers/year at the pharmacy, and cover anything that is Aerochamber brand.
